My favorite was the wide array of seafood and meat you can get to grill yourself. Mom was pretty busy cooking for us both. She was so cute!
The ambiance of the place was good as we entered after minutes of twiddling my thumbs. Also, the interior design added to its asian atmosphere. Based on my research, Yakimix serves Japanese, Cantonese, and Korean cuisines. It offers a huge variety of dishes that distinguishes it from other eat-all-you-can buffets I have been to. The food was good enough to satisfy my cravings.
I am an alien to places like this so I just took every food that looks palatable and colorful. Turns out, your eyes can be, really, deceived. Haha! So mom bore all the consequences of my inadvertence and ate all the maki and sushis. She liked them!
My sister brought like 6 of this home for our pet dog, Shin fu.
There was a dessert section where I couldn't get my eyes off. I have sweet tooth like many of us and I did not wait to finish eating a meal before indulging myself to the sweet course. There were mini cakes, leche flans, and ice cream with a diverse toppings to choose from. But I settled on preparing a halo-halo for myself, but it didn't taste that good. I am worst in that!
It was a very pandering dinner for a very special occasion. My bad, I was not brave enough to take a lot of pictures of food.
